These simple and healthy little No Bake Honey Oat Bites are practically perfect is every way. Honey Oat Bites   Author: Marlene Baird Prep time:  Total time:  Save Print Ingredients ½ Cup + 2 Tablespoons no-stir natural creamy peanut butter ⅓ Cup honey 1 Tablespoon coconut oil (measured at room temperature) 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste 2½ Cups rolled oats Directions Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. In a large saucepan, combine peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil. Melt over medium-low heat until mixture is completely melted and runny. Stir in vanilla and oats.
