24 Hour Salad

Ingredientes

  • 1 head lettuce, torn into small piec
  • 1/2 lb Fresh spinach, washed and liquid removed
  • 6 lrg Large eggs, hardboiled/minced
  • 1 lb Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. Frzn peas
  • 1/2 c. Green onions, minced
  • 1 c. Fresh cauliflower
  • 12 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise Cheddar cheese, grated

Direcciones

  1. Mix lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise. Layer in large glass or possibly wooden salad bowl lettuce, spinach, Large eggs, bacon, cauliflower, peas, onion and then spread with lowfat sour cream mix. Continue with layers. After the last layer, top with grated cheese. Refrigerateat least 12 hrs, but better at 24 hrs.
