%20or%20if%20it's%20because%20of%20my%20ancient%20oven%20that%20makes%20everything%20look%20over-done.%20%20That%20doesn't%20even%20take%20into%20consideration%20the%20fact%20that%20my%20daughter%20only%20likes%20cupcakes%20from%20the%20super-market%20bakery.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20couple%20of%20weeks%20ago,%20I%20shared%20a%20Three%20Ingredient%20Pumpkin%20Spice%20Cake%20recipe%20that's%20right%20up%20my%20alley!%20%20So%20simple%20and%20no%20measuring!%20%20It%20at%20least%20solves%20the%20laziness%20part%20of%20my%20excuse%20for%20not%20baking!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESoon%20after,%20I%20saw%20that%20Shelly%20from%20Cookie%20&%20Cups%20posted%20an%20easy%202-ingredient%20brownie%20recipe!%20%20I%20LOVE%20brownies!%20%20After%20reading%20her%20post,%20I%20was%20extremely%20interested!%20%20Especially%20when%20I%20saw%20that%20one%20of%20the%20ingredients%20was%20a%20can%20of%20pumpkin!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow,%20I've%20tried%20a%20couple%20of%20different%20cake%20mix%20varieties%20mixed%20with%20canned%20pumpkin,%20but%20never%20even%20thought%20of%20trying%20to%20use%20brownie%20mix%20combined%20with%20the%20pumpkin!%20%20What%20a%20great%20idea!!!%20%20I%20couldn't%20wait%20to%20try%20it!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EShelly's%20recipe%20calls%20for%20the%20family%20size%20box%20of%20brownie%20mix.%20%20The%20box%20that%20you%20prepare%20in%20a%2013x9%20pan.%20%20I%20didn't%20have%20that,%20so%20I%20used%202%20pouches%20of%20the%20regular%20sized%20mix.%20%20The%20size%20that%20would%20bake%20in%20an%208x8%20pan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOf%20course,%20I%20had%20to%20add%20a%20third%20ingredient%20to%20the%20brownies!%20%20Chocolate%20chips!%20%20Usually,%20I%20add%20ingredients%20to%20recipes%20because%20I%20just%20can't%20leave%20well%20enough%20alone!%20%20This%20time,%20it%20was%20more%20out%20of%20necessity.%20%20You%20see,%20I%20only%20had%20a%20handful%20of%20chocolate%20morsels%20left%20in%20the%20bag%20and%20if%20I%20didn't%20add%20them%20to%20the%20brownies,%20I'd%20have%20eaten%20them%20all%20myself.%20%20Right%20out%20of%20the%20bag!%20%20So,%20to%20save%20myself,%20I%20distributed%20them%20evenly%20throughout%20the%20tray%20of%20brownies%20that%20I%20ate%20almost%20all%20by%20myself%20anyway!%20%20Oh%20well!%20%20I%20tried!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3%20Ingredient%20Pumpkin%20Brownies%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2%20boxes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECooking%20Directions%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20350%20degrees.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELightly%20spray%20a%209x9%20baking%20dish%20with%20cooking%20spray.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20bowl,%20mix%20together%20the%20brownie%20mix%20and%20canned%20pumpkin%20with%20an%20electric%20mixer%20until%20well%20combined.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20in%20chocolate%20chips%20and%20mix%20until%20evenly%20distributed.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESpread%20mixture%20into%20greased%20baking%20dish%20and%20bake%20in%20oven%20for%2030-40%20minutes.%20Brownies%20are%20done%20when%20toothpick%20is%20inserted%20in%20center%20and%20comes%20out%20clean.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs%20you%20can%20see,%20I%20decided%20to%20top%20my%20brownie%20with%20some%20cool%20whip%20and%20sprinkles%20for%20a%20festive%20look,%20but%20believe%20me,%20these%20brownies%20are%20perfect%20all%20on%20their%20own!%20%20While%20not%20exactly%20the%20texture%20of%20a%20true%20brownie,%20this%20recipe%20turns%20out%20perfectly%20moist%20and%20fudgy!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI've%20linked%20this%20recipe%20post%20to%20the%20following%20blog%20carnivals%20and%20linky%20parties:%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
