4 Cheese Summer Pasta Supper

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb fettuccine or possibly linguine
  • 2 med zucchini, cut in narrow strips
  • 2 c. Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese, divided
  • 4 x tomatoes, coarsely minced
  • 2 x cloves clv garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dry basil

Direcciones

  1. COOK pasta according to package directions, adding zucchini during last 2 min of cooking; drain. Return to saucepan.
  2. Add in 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese to pasta & mix till melted.
  3. COMBINE tomatoes, garlic, parsley & basil.
  4. STIR into pasta mix. Garnish with remaining cheese. Serve immediately.
