Receta 4 Cheese Summer Pasta Supper

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb fettuccine or possibly linguine
- 2 med zucchini, cut in narrow strips
- 2 c. Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese, divided
- 4 x tomatoes, coarsely minced
- 2 x cloves clv garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
Direcciones
- COOK pasta according to package directions, adding zucchini during last 2 min of cooking; drain. Return to saucepan.
- Add in 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese to pasta & mix till melted.
- COMBINE tomatoes, garlic, parsley & basil.
- STIR into pasta mix. Garnish with remaining cheese. Serve immediately.
