Ingredientes

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 cube melted butter
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1 x 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. cold whip
  • 2 sm pkgs. of lemon instant pudding
  • 3 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Layer 1:Flatten in a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350^ for 15 min. Cold.
  2. Layer 2:Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add in cold whip. Spread over cooled crust.
  3. Layer 3:Beat together about 2 min and spoon over second layer.
  4. Layer 4:Put remainder of cold whip on top. Top with minced nuts. Refrigerateat least 2 hrs before serving.
