    Thank you Sunny Side Up for creating a shortbread recipe that I will make. I can eat my shortbread and know I am not ruining whatever diet attempts I am doing. :-)

    I have some fancy terra cotta shortbread molds from Sur La Table that I have been waiting to use. I think this would work with them; I shall see!
