- 5 c. flour
- 5 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 T pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Mix. Add in to: 1 c. melted shortening 2 T vanilla 1 quart. buttermilkBake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min. Make as many as you would like; store remaining batter in refrigerator in covered container up to 6 weeks. Makes total of 48 muffins.
