%20Creamy%20Cheesecake%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%20feel%20neglected,%20I%20understand.%20No,%20you're%20right,%20I%20haven't%20been%20paying%20enough%20attention%20to%20you.%20I%20have%20been%20very%20distant%20lately.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWell%20folks,%20I%20have%20been%20away%20so%20long%20because%20I%20have%20found%20that%20living%20alone%20means%20I%20am%20responsible%20for%20eating%20anything%20and%20everything%20that%20is%20baked%20in%20my%20apartment,%20and%20with%20a%20wedding%20coming%20up%20that%20probably%20isn't%20a%20good%20idea!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHowever,%20I%20braved%20that%20Trans-Labrador%20highway%20this%20weekend%20to%20spend%20Thanksgiving%20with%20my%20man%20:)%20and%20we%20had%20a%20great%20turkey%20dinner%20with%20some%20friends.%20You%20know%20what%20that%20means,%20right?%20I%20had%20a%20perfect%20excuse%20to%20make%20some%20dessert!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20here%20it%20is%20-%20the%20creamiest%20cheesecake%20you%20will%20ever%20eat.%20My%20end%20result%20was%20very%20creamy,%20almost%20too%20creamy,%20but%20I%20think%20I%20know%20where%20I%20went%20wrong.%20First%20of%20all,%20I%20think%20I%20should%20have%20baked%20it%20a%20little%20longer%20than%20I%20did.%20I%20took%20it%20out%20after%20a%20respectable%20amount%20of%20time,%20but%20I%20did%20not%20take%20into%20consideration%20that%20the%20seal%20is%20gone%20on%20fiance's%20oven...%20Result%20-%20an%20almost%20runny%20centre.%20But,%20the%20guests%20still%20ate%20it%20and%20really%20enjoyed%20it...%20So%20much%20so%20that%20the%20whole%2010%22%20cake%20is%20gone!%20But%20I%20think%20the%20bakeapple%20sauce%20helped%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESteps%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Preheat%20oven%20to%20350%C2%BA.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Mix%20together%20first%20three%20ingredients.%20Press%20into%20bottom%20of%20a%20greased%2010%22%20springform%20pan%20and%20up%20about%201%22%20along%20the%20sides.%20Let%20sit%20in%20fridge%20while%20making%20the%20filling.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Beat%20cream%20cheese%20until%20smooth.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Add%20eggs,%20one%20at%20a%20time.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Gradually%20add%20sugar.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Stir%20in%20sour%20cream,%20lemon%20juice,%20and%20vanilla.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Pour%20into%20crust-lined%20pan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Place%20a%20dish%20of%20water%20on%20the%20bottom%20rack%20of%20the%20oven%20to%20stop%20your%20cheesecake%20from%20drying%20out%20and%20cracking.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Bake%20for%201%20hour.%20The%20middle%20should%20be%20slightly%20jiggly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Let%20cool%20in%20pan%20for%2030%20minutes%20then%20move%20to%20fridge%20for%20several%20hours,%20overnight%20if%20possible.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Enjoy!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
