Ingredientes

  • 3 med. ripe avocados
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 lg. can bean dip
  • 1 lg. bunch green onions, minced
  • 2 sm. cans olives, ripe, pitted, minced
  • 3 med. tomatoes, minced
  • 1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Direcciones

  1. Mash avocados and fold in lemon juice, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, put together lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix. In a 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass dish (or possibly similar dish), layer in this order. 1. Bean dip. 2. Lowfat sour cream mix. 3. Avocado mix. 4. Green onions. 5. Olives. 6. Tomatoes. 7. Cheese. Refrigerate several hrs before serving. Serve with tortilla chips. Dip through all 7 layers.
