7 Minute White Frosting

Ingredientes

2 unbeaten egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar

5 T cool water
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar or possibly 1 1/2 teaspoon light corn syrup

Direcciones

Place ingredients over rapidly boiling water. Beat constantly for 7 min. Remove frosting from heat. Add in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Continue beating till the frosting is the right consistency to be spread.
