7-Up Cake Mix

Ingredientes

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 box lemon instant pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 (10 ounce) bottle 7-Up
  • 1 med. can crushed pineapple
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 T cornstarch
  • 1 c. coconut

Direcciones

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients according to directions on cake mix box. Back in round cake pans according to directions on cake mix box. Cool on racks.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients and cook till thick. Add in coconut and stir. Spread on cake.
