- 1 box lemon instant pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 (10 ounce) bottle 7-Up
- 1 med. can crushed pineapple
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 T cornstarch
- 1 c. coconut
Direcciones
- Mix first 5 ingredients according to directions on cake mix box. Back in round cake pans according to directions on cake mix box. Cool on racks.
- Mix first 4 ingredients and cook till thick. Add in coconut and stir. Spread on cake.
