90 Minute Dinner Rolls

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. unsifted flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pkt dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Mix 3/4 c. flour, sugar, salt, and undissolved yeast. Heat lowfat milk, water, and oleo till hot (120-130F). Gradually add in to dry ingredients. Beat 2 min at medium speed. Add in 1/4 c. flour. Beat at high speed for 2 min. Stir in sufficient additional flour to make a soft smooth dough.
  2. Knead till smooth. Divide dough into 12 equal pcs. Shape into balls and arrange in a greased 8" round pan. Cover rolls. Place in a draft free hot place. Let rise to double in bulk. Bake at 375F for 20-25 min.
