Have you seen the A Boy and His Dog Duck video that IAMS™ dog food recently released? If not, please take a moment to watch it as you’ll love it! I makes me tear up every time I do, so make sure you have tissues near by when you watch.
The IAMS™ video shows that every dog has a story, and so does every dog’s name. My dog Nellie, or Nellie Bly, came with her name. She’s a rescue shelter dog that was chipped, so they knew her name but not much more including her previous owner’s information. If you’re a history buff, you’ll recognize “Nellie Bly” as the pen name of American journalist Elizabeth Cochrane Seaman, who took the record-breaking trip around the world in 72 days.
