Ingredientes

  • In a dry pan toast 1 cup of California Walnut pieces
  • When they're nice and toasty, save a few out for sprinkling across the top of the muhummara and toss the rest into the food processor along with:
  • 2 Tbs of olive oil
  • 1 Tbs of tomato paste
  • 2 Tbs of pomegranate molasses
  • 1 tsp of ground cumin
  • 1 tsp of kosher salt
