Receta A Vegetarian Indian Thali

- Ingredients: Makes 5~6 6" parathas
- Wholewheat flour/ Atta - 1cup
- Salt - to taste
- For the Stuffing:
- Sattu flour/ Ground roasted gram - ¼cup
- Onion - 1tbsp, finely chopped
- Garlic - 1clove, finely minced
- Ginger - ½" piece, finely grated
- Green chilies/ red chili powder - ½tsp (adjust as per taste)
- Mustard oil - 1tsp
- Pickle oil/ Amchoor - ½tsp
- Salt - to taste
