Ingredientes

  • 1 quart blueberries
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. each butter and shortening
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Combine berries, water, sugar in large saucepan; cover and cook till there is plenty of juice. Mix flour, baking pwdr, sugar and salt. Cut in butter and shortening, mixing with a fork. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to make dough soft. Drop by Tbsp. onto warm blueberry sauce. Cover tightly.
  2. Cook 15 min without peeking. Serve warm.
  3. Yield: 6-8 servings.
