Acapulco Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. margarine softened
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar - (lightly packed)
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 21/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 c. minced walnuts
  • 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Combine margarine, sugars, Large eggs and vanilla in large bowl. Mix 1 minute at low speed.
  2. In separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, walnuts and chocolate chips. Add in flour mix to egg mix and stir till ingredients are completely incorporated.
  3. Drop or possibly scoop 2 Tbsp. batter for each cookie onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper or possibly greased. Press down till it forms 1/2-inch thick round.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees till cookies are lightly browned, 10 to 12 min. Don't over-bake. Cold on wire rack.
  5. This recipe yields 30 cookies.
