Receta Acapulco Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. margarine softened
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar - (lightly packed)
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 21/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 c. minced walnuts
- 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Combine margarine, sugars, Large eggs and vanilla in large bowl. Mix 1 minute at low speed.
- In separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, walnuts and chocolate chips. Add in flour mix to egg mix and stir till ingredients are completely incorporated.
- Drop or possibly scoop 2 Tbsp. batter for each cookie onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper or possibly greased. Press down till it forms 1/2-inch thick round.
- Bake at 375 degrees till cookies are lightly browned, 10 to 12 min. Don't over-bake. Cold on wire rack.
- This recipe yields 30 cookies.
