Ingredientes

  • 2 x Red Peppers, Seeded and Quartered
  • 1 x Green Pepper, Seeded and Quartered
  • 3 x Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Seeded
  • 1 head Garlic Separated Into Cloves
  • 2 sprg Fresh Coriander, Minced Juice of One Lime
  • 1/4 c. Malt Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Freshly Grnd Black Pepper
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Puree the red pepper, green pepper, Scotch Bonnet peppers, garlic, coriander and lime juice in a food processor. Add in the vinegar, salt, black pepper and extra virgin olive oil and process again. Bottle the sauce in warm sterilized jars.
