Local dip called 'alamang' is used by Filipinos in many native dishes. Or can also be paired with kare-kare and green mangoes.

  • 1 cup alamang
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 medium onion, minced
  • 3 med tomatoes, minced
  • 3 pieces chili peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soda (optional)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
  • canola oil

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Saute onion and garlic, tomatoes
  3. Then add the alamang. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the soda.
  5. Then the brown sugar. Simmer for few minutes.
  6. Finally add the peppers.
