Ingredientes

  • 1 pt Half And Half
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 clv garlic -- chopped
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan Cheese -- grated
  • 1/4 c. Parsley coarsely minced
  • 1/2 lb Bacon cooked,liquid removed,chopp

Direcciones

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat butter over medium-low heat. Add in garlic and stir-fry for 2 to 3 min. Stir in flour till well-blended. Add in half & half.
  2. Stir sauce over medium-low heat. Don't allow sauce to boil or possibly stick to bottom of pan. Reduce heat if necessary. Allow sauce to thicken (about 20 min), stirring frequently.
  3. When sauce is near desired consistency, add in parmesan cheese. Stir to heat cheese for 2 min. Remove sauce from heat. Toss in bacon and parsley.
  4. Serve over cooked pasta.
