Receta Alfredo Sauce With Bacon

Ingredientes
- 1 pt Half And Half
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 clv garlic -- chopped
- 1/3 c. Parmesan Cheese -- grated
- 1/4 c. Parsley coarsely minced
- 1/2 lb Bacon cooked,liquid removed,chopp
Direcciones
- In a medium saucepan, heat butter over medium-low heat. Add in garlic and stir-fry for 2 to 3 min. Stir in flour till well-blended. Add in half & half.
- Stir sauce over medium-low heat. Don't allow sauce to boil or possibly stick to bottom of pan. Reduce heat if necessary. Allow sauce to thicken (about 20 min), stirring frequently.
- When sauce is near desired consistency, add in parmesan cheese. Stir to heat cheese for 2 min. Remove sauce from heat. Toss in bacon and parsley.
- Serve over cooked pasta.
