Ingredientes

  • 10 x lamb cutlets
  • 1 lt white wine
  • 100 ml oil
  • 2 x big onions, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. grnd coriander
  • 1 tsp grnd pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Liebstoeckl
  • 1 tsp grnd cumin
  • 200 ml Liquamen (or possibly 2 tsp salt)

Direcciones

  1. Put cutlets into pot, together with diced onion and spices. Add in Liquamen, oil and wine. Cook 45-60 min. Pour sauce into a pan and thicken it with starch. Serve cutlets together with the sauce.
