Ingredientes

  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 x salt and freshly grnd pepper
  • 1/2 tsp curry pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp grnd oregano
  • 1 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp butter

Direcciones

  1. Combine chicken and flour in a paper bag ; shake to coat well. Remove chicken and shake off excess. Combine 1/3 c. butter, celery salt, curry pwdr, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add in chicken and coat proportionately.
  2. Place in a large casserole dish; top with almonds. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 min. Remove chicken with a slotted spoon, drain drippings, reserving 1/4 c.. Replace chicken in casserole dish. Combine reserved drippings and lowfat sour cream; season with salt and pepper. Mix well and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 min, till golden brown.
