Receta Almond Baked Chicken

Ingredientes
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 x salt and freshly grnd pepper
- 1/2 tsp curry pwdr
- 1/4 tsp grnd oregano
- 1 c. slivered almonds
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tsp butter
Direcciones
- Combine chicken and flour in a paper bag ; shake to coat well. Remove chicken and shake off excess. Combine 1/3 c. butter, celery salt, curry pwdr, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add in chicken and coat proportionately.
- Place in a large casserole dish; top with almonds. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 min. Remove chicken with a slotted spoon, drain drippings, reserving 1/4 c.. Replace chicken in casserole dish. Combine reserved drippings and lowfat sour cream; season with salt and pepper. Mix well and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 min, till golden brown.
