%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEvenly%20divide%20the%20crumbs%20between%20the%20muffin%20tins%20and%20press%20against%20the%20bottom%20and%20up%20the%20sides%20to%20form%20the%20cup.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20for%205%20minutes.%20Allow%20to%20cool%20for%20a%20bit%20then%20store%20in%20the%20fridge%20while%20you're%20preparing%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20stuff.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMelt%20the%20chocolate%20according%20to%20the%20directions%20on%20the%20package.%20I%20just%20put%20mine%20in%20a%20bowl%20over%20a%20small%20sauce%20pan%20with%20a%20bit%20of%20boiling%20water%20(a%20make-shift%20double%20boiler)%20and%20stir%20until%20smooth.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECarefully%20remove%20the%20crust%20from%20the%20pan%20and%20spread%20some%20chocolate%20inside%20the%20cups.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EReturn%20to%20the%20fridge%20and%20allow%20the%20chocolate%20to%20set.%20Oh%20ya...I%20dropped%20an%20extra%20dollop%20of%20chocolate%20in%20the%20middle%20of%20each%20one.%20Don't%20ask%20me%20why.%20I'm%20sure%20you'd%20have%20done%20the%20same%20thing.%20Cuz%20seriously,%20is%20there%20such%20a%20thing%20as%20%22enough%22%20chocolate?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20the%20pudding:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAh%20yes...the%20pudding.%20My%20original%20plan%20was%20to%20make%20peanut%20butter%20pudding.%20Which%20would%20be%20great.%20But%20when%20I%20saw%20a%20jar%20of%20Almond%20Butter,%20Creamy%20with%20Sea%20Salt,%20at%20Trader%20Joes....I%20knew%20I%20had%20to%20do%20it.%20Trade%20out%20the%20peanut%20butter%20for%20almond%20butter.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOooooh%20yaaaaaaaaa.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECombine%201/2%20cup%20sugar,%20the%20cornstarch%20and%20salt%20in%20a%20heavy%20bottomed%20sauce%20pan.%20Gradually%20stir%20in%20the%20milk.%20Cook%20over%20a%20medium%20heat,%20stirring%20constantly%20(and%20I%20mean%20CON%20STANT%20LY)%20until%20the%20mixture%20comes%20to%20a%20boil.%20Be%20prepared%20to%20stand%20there%20for%20a%20while.%20It%20aint%20gonna%20happen%20quickly.%20But%20you%20don't%20want%20to%20stop%20that%20stirring,%20not%20even%20for%20a%20few%20seconds.%20Lumps%20and%20pudding%20do%20not%20go%20together.%20Once%20it%20begins%20to%20boil,%20reduce%20the%20heat%20to%20low%20and%20cook%20for%202%20minutes,%20stirring%20occassionally....but%20regularly.%20You%20don't%20want%20the%20bottom%20to%20burn.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20the%20almond%20butter%20and%20vanilla%20and%20stir%20to%20combine.%20Remove%20from%20heat.%20Place%20the%20pan%20on%20a%20cooling%20rack.%20Cover%20the%20pudding%20surface%20with%20a%20piece%20of%20plastic%20wrap%20(thus%20preventing%20pudding%20skin%20from%20developing)%20and%20cool.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%20don't%20want%20to%20fill%20the%20cups%20with%20warm%20pudding%20and%20melt%20the%20chocolate.%20Once%20cool,%20fill%20each%20cup.%20Garnish%20with%20chopped%20roasted%20almonds%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChill%20well%20before%20serving%20and%20store%20in%20the%20fridge.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
