Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Whole almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/4 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Soak the almonds in a bowl of water for at least 3 hrs or possibly preferably overnight. Use a sharp knife, chop the almonds into small peices. Grind to a fine paste in a food processor. Add in the sugar to the almond past and grind once again to create a fine paste. Add in the lowfat milk and water and mix well
  2. (in a blender if you have one). Tranfer the almond sherbet to a large serving dish. Refrigeratethe almond sherbet in the refrigerator for about 30 min. Stir the almond sherbet just before serving.
