Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Slivered blanched almonds
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread the almonds on a baking sheet and bake till slightly golden brown, about 5 min. Set aside to cold.
  3. When the almonds are cold, transfer to a blender along with the remaining ingredients. Puree till smooth. Store in a container in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
  4. This recipe yields about 3/4 c. of vinaigrette.
