Receta Almond Wafer Cups

- 1.Mix all dry ingredients. Add in egg whites and water and mix to a smooth paste. Mix shouldn't be too runny.
- Line baking trays with greaseproof paper and spray with non-stick spray.
- Using a metal spatula form four circles 12cm diameter of mix of even thickness on the tray. Allow some room for spreading.
- Bake in a moderate oven (350F) for 10 min or possibly till golden.
- Working quickly, lift off wafers immediately with a spatula and lay over an inverted mould or possibly c.. Gently press to create into a c. shape. Allow to cold. Store in airtight container till required.
- To serve:Fill with fruit, ice-cream or possibly your favourite mousse.
- Unused mix will keep wrapped in fridge.
- For which special occasion, these will really impress!
