Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Vanilla Wafer Crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Margarine, Melted
  • 16 ounce Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Macadamia Nuts, Toasted
  • 8 1/2 ounce Crushed Pineapple, Liquid removed
  • 1 x Med Kiwi Peeled, Sliced

Direcciones

  1. Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees F., 10 min. Combine cream cheese, sugar and lowfat milk, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer till well blended.
  2. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, mixing well well after each addition. Stir in nuts; pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees F., 45 min. Loosen caek from rim of pan; cold before removing rim of pan. Chill. Before serving, top with fruit.
