Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg potatoes, cut in 1" cubes
  • 1 x onion, minced
  • 4 x cloves garlic, chopped
  • 10 slc fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 1/4 c. almonds, minced
  • 1 c. tomato puree,
  • 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 c. cauliflower florets
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry the onions, garlic, and ginger in skillet. Add in the almonds and all the spices except the garam masala and saute/fry about 3 min. Add in the tomatoes, potatoes, and cauliflower with 1 c. water and simmer till the vegetables are tender and the sauce is thick, abotu 15-20 min. Add in the garam masala and serve.
