Receta Aloo Gobi (Potatoes With Cauliflower)

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg potatoes, cut in 1" cubes
- 1 x onion, minced
- 4 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 10 slc fresh ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 1/4 c. almonds, minced
- 1 c. tomato puree,
- 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 c. cauliflower florets
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 c. water
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the onions, garlic, and ginger in skillet. Add in the almonds and all the spices except the garam masala and saute/fry about 3 min. Add in the tomatoes, potatoes, and cauliflower with 1 c. water and simmer till the vegetables are tender and the sauce is thick, abotu 15-20 min. Add in the garam masala and serve.
