%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESome%20days%20are%20just%20milk%20and%20cookie%20days%20are%20they%20not???%20There%20is%20nothing%20more%20inviting%20when%20you%20come%20into%20the%20house%20than%20a%20plate%20of%20freshly%20baked%20cookies%20and%20a%20jug%20of%20ice%20cold%20milk.%20You%20don't%20have%20to%20be%20a%20kid%20to%20enjoy%20it%20either!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20am%20one%20of%20those%20who%20loves%20to%20indulge%20myself%20every%20so%20often%20in%20this%20lucious%20treat%20of%20milk%20and%20fresh%20baked%20cookies.%20Ok%20.%20.%20.so%20my%20waistline%20say%20I%20indulge%20myself%20more%20than%20just%20every%20so%20often%20.%20.%20.%20but%20.%20.%20.%20meh!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOne%20of%20my%20favourite%20milk%20and%20cookie%20indulgences%20are%20these%20amazing%20peanut%20butter%20chocolate%20chip%20oatmeal%20cookies.%20(Now%20that's%20a%20mouthful!)%20Oh%20so%20scrummy%20.%20.%20.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECrisp,%20peanut%20buttery,%20oaty,%20chocolatey%20and%20filled%20with%20lots%20of%20salted%20peanuts.%20These%20go%20down%20so%20very%20well%20with%20a%20tall%20glass%20of%20milk.%20I%20make%20em%20even%20more%20moreish%20by%20using%20chopped%20Green%20and%20Black's%20milk%20chocolate.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThey%20are%20my%20only%20weakness%20.%20.%20.%20(shaddup%20cheeky!!!!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Amazing%20Peanut%20Butter-Chocolate%20Chip%20Oatmeal%20Cookies*%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMakes%20about%206%20dozen%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETwo%20of%20these,%20fresh%20out%20of%20the%20oven,%20along%20with%20an%20ice%20cold%20glass%20of%20milk.%20Cookie%20heaven!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20the%20oven%20to%20180*C/350*F/%20gas%20mark%204.%20Line%20several%20baking%20sheets%20with%20parchment%20paper.%20Set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECream%20together%20the%20butter,%20peanut%20butter,%20and%20sugars%20until%20light%20and%20fluffy.%20Beat%20in%20the%20eggs%20and%20vanilla.%20Stir%20together%20the%20flour,%20oats,%20baking%20powder,%20soda%20and%20salt.%20Stir%20into%20the%20creamed%20mixture%20just%20until%20combined.%20Stir%20in%20the%20peanuts%20and%20chocolate.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EScoop%20onto%20the%20prepared%20baking%20sheets%20using%20dessertspoons,%20leaving%20at%20least%202%20inches%20apart%20for%20spreading.%20Bake%20for%2012%20to%2015%20minutes%20until%20golden%20brown%20and%20set.%20Let%20cool%20on%20the%20baking%20sheets%20for%205%20minutes%20before%20transferring%20to%20a%20wire%20rack%20to%20finish%20cooling%20completely.%20Repeat%20until%20all%20cookies%20are%20baked.%20Store%20in%20a%20tightly%20covered%20container.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECooking%20at%20The%20Cottage%20today,%20a%20deliciously%20old%20fashioned%20Potato%20Pudding!%20One%20of%20my%20favourite%20recipes%20from%20The%20Big%20Blue%20Binder.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
