No one will know these are wheat free and dairy free. Great flavor and crispy texture make these waffles perfect for Sunday mornings. My son thought they were so good he told me I had to call them Amazing Waffles. I make extra batches on the weekend and freeze them for a quick toaster waffle on weekday mornings. So much better than than the packaged frozen varieties. You can add chocolate chips after pouring the batter in for a special treat. Adding gluten improves the texture but if you're gluten free leave it out. The waffles are still excellent
