Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Flaked coconut
  • 1 1/2 c. Quick-cooking or possibly regular oats, uncooked
  • 1 c. Minced pecans
  • 2 c. Minced dates (or possibly raisins)
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon rind
  • 1 tsp Grated orange rind

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter in a large mixing bowl; gradually add in sugar, beating well. Add in Large eggs, beating well; stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt, coconut, oats, pecans, dates, lemon rind, and orange rind in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Add in to creamed mix; blend well. Drop dough by teasoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 F for 10 to 12 min. Remove to wire racks to cold. Store in airtight containers.
