Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (4-serving size) instant vanilla pudding (ingredients for pudding)
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Coconut or possibly almond extract
  • 1 can (8 ounce.) pineapple tidbits in juice, liquid removed
  • 1 c. Assorted sliced fresh fruit
  • 1/4 c. Mini marshmallows or possibly flaked coconut

Direcciones

  1. Make pudding according to package directions in bowl. Stir in lemon zest,
  2. lemon juice and coconut extract. Reserve 1/4 c. pudding for topping. Spoon remaining pudding equally into dessert bowls. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Spoon on top of pudding. Top with reserved pudding.
  3. Makes 4servings.
