Receta Ambrosia Fruit Custard

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt (4-serving size) instant vanilla pudding (ingredients for pudding)
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Coconut or possibly almond extract
- 1 can (8 ounce.) pineapple tidbits in juice, liquid removed
- 1 c. Assorted sliced fresh fruit
- 1/4 c. Mini marshmallows or possibly flaked coconut
Direcciones
- Make pudding according to package directions in bowl. Stir in lemon zest,
- lemon juice and coconut extract. Reserve 1/4 c. pudding for topping. Spoon remaining pudding equally into dessert bowls. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Spoon on top of pudding. Top with reserved pudding.
