Ingredientes

  • 1 can Mandarin oranges, liquid removed
  • 1 x Apple, cut into small Chunks
  • 2 x Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 c. Halved strawberries
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Toasted shredded coconut Lettuce leaves

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, add in mandarin oranges, apple and kiwi and strawberries. Mix well. In a small bowl, mix together lowfat sour cream, honey, cinnamon and toasted coconut. Pour dressing onto fruit. Mix well. Pour fruit mix onto lettuce leaves. Refrigeratetill ready to serve. Approximately 5 min.
