Receta Ambrosia Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 can Mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1 x Apple, cut into small Chunks
- 2 x Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. Halved strawberries
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Toasted shredded coconut Lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, add in mandarin oranges, apple and kiwi and strawberries. Mix well. In a small bowl, mix together lowfat sour cream, honey, cinnamon and toasted coconut. Pour dressing onto fruit. Mix well. Pour fruit mix onto lettuce leaves. Refrigeratetill ready to serve. Approximately 5 min.
