Ingredientes

  • 2 x ripe bananas, peeled cut into 1-inch pcs, then frzn
  • 2 x ripe bananas, peeled cut into 1-inch pcs, room temperature
  • 1 3/4 c. soy lowfat milk
  • 20 x fresh blueberries, Or possibly about
  • 10 x fresh strawberries, (alternative) Or possibly a combination of the two
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla frzn yogurt honey, fructose, or possibly sugar, to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a blender, combine the bananas, lowfat milk, berries, and yogurt. Puree till the mix has the consistency of a lowfat milk shake, being careful not to overprocess.
