Ingredientes

  • 1 x long loaf bread - (8 to 12 ounce)
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 can sliced peaches - (16 ounce ea) don't drain
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Direcciones

  1. Slice bread into 1-inch-thick slices, lay flat in an oblong dish. Blend next 4 ingredients and pour over bread, cover till liquid is obsorbed.
  2. In another oblong dish (12- by 9-inch) spray with no stick spray and place fruit in bottom, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon mix.
  3. Place bread slices over fruit and brush with melted butter. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 25 min.
  4. This recipe yields 8 servings.
