Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 Lb Loaf: - 2 Lb Loaf:
  • 1/4 c. oatmeal 1/3 C.
  • 1/8 c. Cornmeal 3 Tbsp.
  • 1 1/8 c. boiling water 1 1/2 C.
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Vegetable, 3 Tbsp.
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses 3 Tbsp.
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour 1 1/4 C.
  • 2 c. Bread Flour 2 1/2 C.
  • 1/4 c. dry lowfat milk 1/3 C.
  • 2 Tbsp. Gluten Flour, 100% 3 Tbsp.
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 Tsp
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast 2 tsp

Direcciones

  1. Add in oatmeal and cornmeal to heat proof bowl. Pour in boiling water, stirring to prevent lumps. Let mix cold for ten min.
  2. Stir, pour in bread pan, and add in rest of ingredients in order listed.
  3. The book says which they used the basic bread setting on the machine.
