Receta Anadama Oatmeal Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 Lb Loaf: - 2 Lb Loaf:
- 1/4 c. oatmeal 1/3 C.
- 1/8 c. Cornmeal 3 Tbsp.
- 1 1/8 c. boiling water 1 1/2 C.
- 2 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Vegetable, 3 Tbsp.
- 2 Tbsp. molasses 3 Tbsp.
- 1 c. whole wheat flour 1 1/4 C.
- 2 c. Bread Flour 2 1/2 C.
- 1/4 c. dry lowfat milk 1/3 C.
- 2 Tbsp. Gluten Flour, 100% 3 Tbsp.
- 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 Tsp
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast 2 tsp
Direcciones
- Add in oatmeal and cornmeal to heat proof bowl. Pour in boiling water, stirring to prevent lumps. Let mix cold for ten min.
- Stir, pour in bread pan, and add in rest of ingredients in order listed.
- The book says which they used the basic bread setting on the machine.
