Ingredientes

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup powder sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookies, ground
  • 1/2 cup Andes mint chips
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 1/2 cup Andes baking chips

Direcciones

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt and cookies, ground together.
  2. Pour batter into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Place Andes baking chips over the batter, Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely,
  4. Filling: Beat cream cheese, butter, peppermint extract and green food coloring.
  5. Spread over the crust.
  6. Mix cool whip and Andes baking chips together.
  7. Spread over the filling layer.
  8. Decorate.
