Ingredientes

  • 3 c. White flour
  • 1 1/4 c. Hot water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Green apples, minced
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 1/2 c. Dry apricot halves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Place water, flour, salt, yeast, and oil into bread machine and set on
  2. "dough."
  3. While dough is mixing and rising chop apple and apricots.
  4. Take dough and set into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then pull into a circle about 6-7" round.
  5. Place equal amounts of filling in middle of each dough circle and fold each into semi-circles. Securly healthy pinch down the rims of each rol and place on baking tray.
  6. Allow to rise to 20 minutes in hot, dark space.
  7. Bake at 200'C for 20 minutes. Remove and place on wire wrack to cold.
  8. Serving Ideas : Great for school lunches.
  9. NOTES : To give an extra crunchy crust, spray a little water on the bread several times during baking. Wonderful!
  10. May be frzn.
