Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Rice noodles
  • 2 ounce Sesame oil
  • 6 x Gulf shrimp
  • 1 x Egg
  • 3 ounce Julienne veggies
  • 2 ounce Hard tofu, cubbed
  • 1 ounce Basil mint cilantro
  • 4 ounce Reserve sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced shallots
  • 1/3 c. Catsup
  • 1 c. Fish sauce, available at most asian food stores
  • 1/3 c. Sambal
  • 1 c. White vinegar
  • 1 c. Sugar Lime wedges Toasted peanuts Scallions Bean sprouts

Direcciones

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients together and chill.
  2. Pre-Heat sesame oil in wok
  3. After sauce has chilled and wok has heated, add in shrimp and tofu.
  4. Stirfry.
  5. Add in sauce.
  6. Add in noodles, veggies and egg. Stirfry together.
  7. Add in herbs, cook till noodles are soft.
  8. Place in bowl and top with garnish.
