Anita's Macaroni & Cheese Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound lg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 4 beaten large eggs
  • 1 c. half & half
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pound coarsely grated Cheddar cheese (use big grater)

Direcciones

  1. Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain and spray with cold water and drain thoroughly. Place in casserole dish. Fold in melted butter. Shake flour over macaroni. Place 1/2 cheese over top of casserole.Put together well beaten large eggs, half & half and lowfat milk; pour over casserole and stir thoroughly. Sprinkle remaining cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour till it's hard.
