Receta Anita's Macaroni & Cheese Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 pound lg. elbow macaroni
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c. flour
- 4 beaten large eggs
- 1 c. half & half
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pound coarsely grated Cheddar cheese (use big grater)
Direcciones
- Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain and spray with cold water and drain thoroughly. Place in casserole dish. Fold in melted butter. Shake flour over macaroni. Place 1/2 cheese over top of casserole.Put together well beaten large eggs, half & half and lowfat milk; pour over casserole and stir thoroughly. Sprinkle remaining cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour till it's hard.
